Caitlin Morris Defender

Wales under-19s international Caitlin Morris has proved to be an important part of the Saints' defence having joined from Cardiff City in 2018.

A product of the Hampshire FA Girls' centre of excellence after being scouted from local side Fawley Falcons at the age of eight, Morris has a wealth of experience despite being only 21 years of age. 

As a Saints fan her role model growing up was Jose Fonte, whom she describes as, "the type of defender I aspired to be". 

Morris lists her greatest memory at the club so far as her debut at MK Dons in the 2018-19 FA Cup run, which saw her return to action following an ACL tear.

Internationally she has represented her country at Under-19 level; a far cry from the slide tackle she made for Fawley at the age of 6, which she lists as her earliest footballing memory.
