The Welsh defensive midfielder started her career at Cyncoed Ladies, before moving onto Cardiff Met where she won the domestic treble of league, FAW Women’s Cup and Welsh Premier Women’s Cup during the 2018/19 season.

Prior to signing for FA Women's National League Southern Premier side Bridgwater in the summer of 2021, the youngster featured 26 times for Charlton Athletic after signing for the Championship side in July 2019.

Griffiths has represented Wales at a senior level since 2017, making six caps to date after notching her debut aged just 18 against Kazakhstan in 2019 World Cup qualifying.

Signing for Saints in October 2021, Griffiths became the fifth addition to the squad for their first season in the FA Women's National League Southern Premier.

She played a key part in the Play-Off Final win against Wolves, providing the assist for Sophia Pharoah's winning goal.
