Saints Events


From trade shows to public fairs, we offer vast, versatile spaces to encourage maximum footfall and give exhibitors the right environment to network and showcase themselves. With a 4m ceiling height our main exhibition space, the Kingsland Suite, can host up to 100 exhibition stands, and has been the home of the Southampton Beer Festival for many years. For smaller trade shows the Itchen Suite and Mike Channon Suite can accommodate up to 40 exhibition stands each and are both adjacent to additional event spaces for break-out sessions and seminars. Alternatively, for networking events the President's Suite and Markus Liebherr Lounge can accommodate up to 20 exhibition stands.

The Presidents Suite enjoys floor-to-ceiling windows which provide plenty of natural daylight. A dancefloor and private bar create a versatile space which can seat 200 guests for a corporate dinner or celebration event.

Saints Events is powered by Gather & Gather, a specialist catering and hospitality company that holds a Royal Warrant for the provision of catering services to Her Majesty The Queen and works with prestigious clients, including Historic Royal Palaces and Kew Gardens.  Launched in 2013, Gather and Gather is part of CH&CO, and strives to put brilliant food and drink experiences at the heart of every event.
