If you're in need of urgent help during a mental health crisis or emergency, you can contact a local NHS urgent mental health here.

You may need urgent help for many reasons - the important thing to know is that you will not be wasting anyone's time. You can call for:

  • 24-hour advice and support for you, your child, your parent, or someone you care for
  • Help to speak to a mental health professional
  • An assesssment to help decide on the best course of care

Saints By Your Side support programme

Saints Foundation is running 12-week programmes of face-to-face support for men to help better manage mental wellbeing. You can self-refer via our website form and we will get back to you with information about the support available.
