The Mariners produced a cup upset to knockout Luton Town of the Championship, claiming a 3-0 win in Tuesday night's replay having drawn 2-2 at Kenilworth Road in January.
Saints will now host Paul Hurst's side on Wednesday 1st March (7.15pm GMT kick off), with the match to be broadcast live on ITV4 and ITVX.
