Saints and Level Playing Field ‘Unite for Access’

By SFC Media time Wed 21 Dec Equality and Diversity

Southampton Football Club is proud to support the upcoming Level Playing Field campaign, 'Unite for Access'.

Level Playing Field is a charity which works to remove the barriers when attending live sporting events, for fans with disabilities.

Unite for Access, previously called Weeks of Action, is an annual campaign run by the charity that celebrates good access and inclusion at sports venues.

While Southampton Football Club is proud to support the campaign and is passionate about making the experience of fans with disabilities at our matches as accessible and empowering as possible, we know there's more to be done.

Creating positive change in our community is the responsibility of everyone and we all need to play our part, whether through the services we provide, the support we offer, or the way we behave. All of this is integral to making watching the beautiful game open for everyone, including sports fans with disabilities.

We can do this; together, between February 25th and March 12th, we can all, Unite for Access.

Keep your eyes peeled as the club will be revealing more details soon on a range of activities and support for Unite for Access.
