Southampton’s B team have been drawn away at south coast rivals Portsmouth in the second round of the Hampshire FA Saturday Senior Cup.

Both sides will take part in the competition for the first time during the 2022/23 season, with Fratton Park providing the backdrop for this south coast derby.
At youth level the two sides last met back in 2013’s FA Youth Cup run, where a second-half hat-trick from Sam Gallagher inspired a dominant victory.
Alongside three victories for the Women’s team last season, the previous derby on the men’s side also came in 2019 at Fratton Park. Saints storming to a 4-0 League Cup win.
