Saints made it back-to-back victories on Wednesday night, following two successive National League Southern Premier draws previously.

Lucia Kendall added to her hat-trick last Sunday with a free-kick after ten minutes, before Alisha Ware made it two in an eventual 2-1 win.

Gillingham were on the road last weekend, facing strugglers Chichester and Selsey.

Melanie Perrano gave the Gills the lead during the first-half, before Chichester earned a point during the second.

A win for Saints on Sunday could see them draw level on points with Oxford, whilst Gillingham could close the gaps on their visitors in third to two points.

LAST MEETING

Saints ran riot the last time these two sides met at the end of August at Snows Stadium.

There were double strikes for Georgie Freeland and Ella Morris, whilst Ella Pusey notched a hat-trick either side of the break.

Ciara Watling rounded off the scoring as Spacey-Cale's side secured the first of their three 9-0 victories this season.

MANAGER'S NOTES

"It's going to be another challenge," said Spacey-Cale, "Gillingham have stepped up and really had some good performances.

"We can't drop any of our standards, we have to work hard and make sure on Sunday that we're the best prepared and most focused as we can be to take on a very, very good side.

"We certainly heard the support on Wednesday night and the girls really appreciated that. If we could have the same on Sunday that would be brilliant."
