Southampton will host West Ham United in the fifth round of the Emirates FA Cup in early March, having seen off Coventry City to secure a place in the last 16.

A hard-fought extra-time victory over the Sky Blues meant a place in the hat for Ralph Hasenhüttl's side, while West Ham also needed additional time to edge past non-league outfit Kidderminster Harriers.

The tie is due to take place in the first week of March at St Mary's Stadium, with the winner earning progress to the quarter-finals of the competition. This is the first time this season that Saints will have faced Premier League opposition.

Ticket information will be made available to fans as soon as a time and date for the clash is confirmed.
