Southampton Football Club and Saints Foundation are delighted to announce a partnership with Solent NHS Trust to launch a range of health-focused initiatives.
The partnership aims to use the collective expertise and reach of two of the most recognisable organisations in the region to encourage positive and meaningful change, with a focus on promoting health and wellbeing across the local community.
As part of the partnership, the club will help to generate awareness amongst its fans and wider community of some of the region’s key health priorities,
with the aim of encouraging people to make sustainable changes that will positively affect their own health.
In addition, in summer 2021 Saints Foundation will be launching a mental health campaign in collaboration with Solent NHS Trust, providing support and resources to help men in the Southampton region, particularly within the Saints fanbase.
Solent NHS Trust will also be providing support and resources for the club’s workforce, including upskilling Saints Foundation staff so that they are better equipped to help their participants in and around Southampton.
