Ralph Hasenhüttl has today been awarded the Premier League Manager of the Month accolade for July.
It’s the second time in 2019/20 that the boss has been nominated, missing out on the prize in January to Liverpool's Jürgen Klopp.
Hasenhüttl masterminded a near-flawless month as Saints brought their Premier League season to a close, including wins over Manchester City, AFC Bournemouth and Sheffield United on the final day.
Such was Southampton's end of season form, they ranked third in the table for points gained during the Premier League restart period.
The manager fought off competition from Pep Guardiola, David Moyes, José Mourinho and Ole Gunnar Solskjær to scoop July's award.
