The international schedule comes to a close on Tuesday for Southampton’s contingent currently with their respective countries.
Maya Yoshida will be the first to conclude his international duty as Japan take on Tajikistan in their latest World Cup qualifier at 1pm BST.
The defender was on target in Japan’s 6-0 win over Mongolia last Thursday and will now look to continue the Blue Samurai’s 100% record in Group F.
Elsewhere, Saints captain Pierre-Emile Højbjerg will be part of the Denmark squad who’ll face Luxembourg in a friendly.
Højbjerg was influential off the bench for Åge Hareide’s side on Saturday, helping Denmark net a late winner against Switzerland in their Euro 2020 qualifier.
With the important three points secured, the midfielder will now look to end the international break on a high in Aalborg (6pm BST).
Rounding off the international break with Under-21 Euro 2021 qualifying matches will be Michael Obafemi and Kevin Danso.
Striker Obafemi will be involved as Republic of Ireland look to maintain their unbeaten start in Group A with a trip to third-placed Iceland at 4pm BST.
Closer to home, Danso and his Austria team mates will line up against England in Milton Keynes (7.45pm BST).
With three wins from three, Austria will look to pull ahead from the Three Lions who sit in second spot.
Following Tuesday’s matches, Southampton’s internationals will return to Staplewood ahead of Saturday’s Premier League trip to Wolves.
