Southampton's youngsters were well beaten by the Under-18s Premier League's top side at Cobham, falling to a 4-0 defeat.
Tariq Uwakwe notched a brace, while frontman Taylor-Cambell scored his 20th of the season and Marc Guehi safeguarded the points with a fourth.
The young Chelsea outfit extend their impressive unbeaten home run, while Saints have another three league games to recapture their best.
Despite conceding much of the first half possession, Saints were equal to, if not surpassing, their Chelsea counterparts for chances created.
Uwakwe and Billy Gilmour were first to fire warning shots inside the opening ten minutes for the hosts, before Kornelius Hansen and Michael Obafemi fashioned well worked opportunities, which tested Chelsea's resilience.
Hansen pounced on a mistake by Jon Panzo at the back, drove at goal, and bent an effort inches wide of the far post, while Obafemi's effort was well handled by Karlo Ziger in the Blues upright.
Harry Hamblin had a presentable chance on the half hour mark, as Chelsea surrendered possession on the edge of their area, and Will Smallbone's floated cross found the unmarked run of the midfielder, who headed unfortunately over.
A mini-flurry of pressure for the visitors produced a further chance for Sean Brennan, teed up by Obafemi, as the young Irishman clipped the woodwork with a sumptuous strike from distance.
Perhaps an expensive miss, as the home side were soon on the front foot, Uwakwe sweeping home Panzo's low cross to give the hosts a narrow lead heading in to the break.
The advantage provided the home side with impetus, as Parkes's goal came under fire after the restart. Uwakwe's fierce shot was well saved, before Gilmour tested the buoyancy of the crossbar and centre-half Guehi headed marginally wide.
Saints' resistance was broken thereafter, in the 57th and 60th minute consecutively, as Chelsea took their tally to three; Taylor-Cambell and the dangerous Uwakwe with the goals. And with the Londoners in ascendancy Guehi added a fourth to seal the win in impressive style.
