Fulham head coach Slavisa Jokanovic is looking forward to an entertaining affair at Craven Cottage for the visit of Southampton in the FA Cup Third Round on Saturday.
Speaking in his pre-match press conference, the Serbian was quick to praise the qualities of his upcoming Premier League opposition but remains confident that his team can win for a fifth consecutive time on home turf.
“Southampton have enough quality to do damage. We must be careful and motivated. We’re in great form ourselves and expect we can our fifth home game in a row.
“(Mauricio) Pellegrino is a great manager, working at a great club. They’ll be looking for a reaction after ten games without a win.
“We must respect this competition. We will try to do everything to win this game. The FA Cup is famous around the world; our intention is to be competitive because it is important for the supporters.”
