Oriol Romeu says the relationship between all of Southampton's midfielders has helped the players to elevate their performances this season.
Romeu has enjoyed a fantastic individual campaign so far, winning two Player of the Month awards already, and has been delighted with the efforts of all of his fellow midfielders.
"We all wish the best to whoever's playing, and we're not just saying that," he said, ahead of the trip to Crystal Palace. "We are helping each other in training and inside the dressing room, and I think that comes through in the performances that we are doing and we are feeling very good with whoever is next to us.
"Against Arsenal, those three did an amazing job, and I'm sure whoever is playing against Crystal Palace will do the same and we just need to keep doing that."
On his own season, Romeu added: "It's been good. We always try to improve and get better, but so far it has been very nice. I'm feeling very good on the pitch.
"On and off the pitch, everything is going very well, so I'm happy. We all want to get the result, to play well and to perform at a good level.
"We still can get better, we still can improve, but the main thing is we are working in the right way and we need to keep doing that."
