Southampton Football Club has welcomed Green 4 Solutions as its partner for customer relationship management (CRM) and fan engagement strategies.
Saints’ vision is to utilise Green 4’s Go system to provide a single customer view, enabling improved insight into their supporters and enhanced communication.
The Go system will have data feeds from various customer touch points, including ticket purchases, retail transactions, conference and banqueting bookings and a live feed to stadium access control data.
Danielle Lewis, Head of Ticketing & Hospitality at Southampton Football Club, said: “We are looking forward to working with Green 4 and exploring the exciting opportunities that their CRM system will offer the club.

This partnership is the first step towards a longer term strategy for CRM, to ensure all supporter data is centralised and accessible to the Club.

In addition, Southampton will work with Green 4’s partners, 4Sight Sport & Leisure, who will provide data strategy and consultancy services in order to ensure that people, process and technology are all part of an effective change, as the club aims to embrace CRM and fan engagement across all departments.
