Southampton duo Adam Lallana and Luke Shaw have been named in the 2013/14 PFA Premier League Team of the Year.
The pair were selected in the top flight’s best XI after helping Saints match their record Premier League points haul with two games to spare.

This is the first time Southampton has had two players in the top-flight PFA Team of the Year, with Wayne Bridge the last Saint to be included back in 2001/02.
Lallana achieves the honour of being named in the Team of the Year in the top three divisions, having been selected in the League 1 side in 2010/11 and then in the Championship the following year.

Lallana missed out on the PFA Players' Player of the Season award, which went to Liverpool striker Suarez, while Shaw was pipped to the PFA Young Player of the Season prize by Chelsea man Hazard.
