Full time: Southampton 1-2 Grimsby Town
It's the end of this season's Emirates FA Cup run for Saints, who are beaten at home by League Two opposition on a bitterly disappointing night.
Walker-Peters just wide
Close to an equaliser for Saints, as Kyle Walker-Peters gets onto his left foot inside the area and blasts a shot just wide of the far post.
Sub: Dom Ballard on, Moussa Djenepo off.
Another change for Saints, as the youngster comes on.
Grimsby Town substitution: Evan Khouri replaces John McAtee
VAR Decision: Goal awarded for Southampton [Theo Walcott] was cancelled
Such a narrow margin, but Walcott was just offside, and it's still 2-1.
VAR check for offside
Was Walcott offside? VAR is having a look. It's certainly very close.
Walcott levels it
James Ward-Prowse's free-kick from deep picks out the run of Walcott in behind, and he takes a touch, spins and converts.
GOOOAL!!!
Theo Walcott (79’) | 2 – 2
McAtee misses a golden opportunity
A mistake from Romain Perraud allows John McAtee to run clear through from halfway. However, with Perraud chasing him down, he never quite gets in a position to shoot as he reaches the box and Alex McCarthy brilliantly senses his opportunity to race out, slide at his feet and claim the ball.
McAtee denied by McCarthy
John McAtee sets himself for a shot from 25 yards, but Alex McCarthy gets safely behind his bouncing effort.
Grimsby Town substitution: Bryn Morris replaces Alex Hunt
Grimsby Town substitution: Otis Khan replaces Harry Clifton
Southampton substitution: Theo Walcott replaces Sékou Mara
Southampton substitution: Joe Aribo replaces Adam Armstrong
Grimsby Town substitution: Ryan Taylor replaces Danilo Orsi
Ćaleta-Car pulls one back
Duje Ćaleta-Car gets free at the back post from a James Ward-Prowse corner and he sends a side-footed strike into the back of the net as the ball drops to him. That's one back for Saints.
GOOOAL!!!
Duje Ćaleta-Car (64’) | 1 – 2
Southampton substitution: James Ward-Prowse replaces Roméo Lavia
Rubén Sellés makes a double change.
Southampton substitution: Samuel Edozie replaces Mislav Oršić
Perraud fires over
Kyle Walker-Peters gets to the byline and pulls a ball back, with it dropping to Romain Perraud on the far side of the box, but he sends his left-footed effort a couple of yards over.
Holohan converts again
Gavan Holohan makes no mistake for a second time, thumping a right-footed strike just inside the post to give Alex McCarthy no chance.
GOAL
Gavan Holohan (49’) | 0 – 2

A second penalty for Grimsby
Referee Thomas Bramall has awarded the visitors another spot kick, this time for Duje Ćaleta-Car lashing out at Danilo Orsi off the ball. The pair had tussled, and the Saints defender had a little swipe at the Grimsby player's back with an arm. It didn't look like much, but he goes down and the referee points to the spot.
Djenepo goes close
A positive start after half time, as Moussa Djenepo drives into the left side of the area and tees up a left-footed strike, which is heading towards goal only to be deflected behind for a corner. Unfortunately, the set piece comes to nothing for Saints.
Into the second half
Saints get the game back under way.
Half time: Southampton 0-1 Grimsby Town
That late Gavan Holohan penalty has the visitors ahead as we reach the break, with Sékou Mara missing a good chance moments before the whistle, side-footing over from about 12 yards after a low corner reached him.
Holohan converts for Grimsby
Gavan Holohan slots the ball low to the left side of the goal, as Alex McCarthy goes the other way, and Grimsby have the lead.
GOAL
Gavan Holohan (45’) | 0 – 1

VAR Decision: Penalty not awarded for Grimsby Town [Joshua Emmanuel] was cancelled
A lengthy check, and VAR judges that the ball striking Lyanco's right arm was enough to warrant a spot kick, with referee Thomas Bramall making the final decision after a trip to the review area. Penalty to Grimsby.
VAR checking for a penalty
There's now a check to see if there was a handball against Lyanco from the Joshua Emmanuel cross.
Saints survive a big scare
So close to an opener for Grimsby, as Joshua Emmanuel's cross from the right flicks off Lyanco and just about falls to Harry Clifton at close range, but Alex McCarthy manages to deny him.
Yellow Card for Alex Hunt (Grimsby Town)
The first yellow of the night, following a hefty mistimed tackle on Roméo Lavia.
Mara's shot saved by Crocombe
Saints on the attack once more, this time with Sékou Mara sending in a low, right-footed shot from 20 yards, but Max Crocombe gets down to his right to make the save and hold on.
Alcaraz next to threaten
A smart move from Saints cuts through Grimsby and ends with Mislav Oršić clipping a lovely ball from the left towards Charly Alcaraz around the penalty spot. He gets caught in two minds about whether to stoop to head the ball or take a shot, ending up going for a bit of a hesitant diving header and failing to make good contact from a decent position.
Oršić goes close
Roméo Lavia wins the ball on the halfway line, setting Charly Alcaraz racing forward. He slips a pass to his left to Mislav Oršić, who cuts onto his right foot as he reaches the edge of the area and curls a low shot just wide of the far post.
Mara scores, but ruled out for offside
A nice move from Saints, as Moussa Djenepo is slipped into space on the right side of the area, before cutting back for Sékou Mara to finish at the near post, but Djenepo is then flagged for offside, with VAR confirming a correct call.
Saints on the front foot again
It's still the home side pressing for the breakthrough, and they work a half chance as Moussa Djenepo gets down the right and delivers a decent cross that finds Adam Armstrong, but he doesn't get his header right and loops it up in the air for Grimsby keeper Max Crocombe to claim.
Mara threatens, but flagged offside
Sékou Mara latches onto a pass in behind the Grimsby defence, only for his firm left-footed shot to be well saved by Max Crocombe. With that passage of play over, the offside flag then goes up, and replays confirm the Saints forward had gone a little early with his run.
Positive start from Saints
Southampton straight on the front foot here, causing a few problems around the Grimsby area and forcing an early corner. That ends with a Mislav Oršić header looping into the arms of visiting keeper Max Crocombe.
